JD-POWER Data
Since Principle (Manufacturing) companies have started giving emphasis on selective customer Database, as JD Power concept i.e. to monitor such customers on their visit to dealership. AGN has given the provision in software that user can fix date range and Models for CSI/SSI category customers, and system automatically prompts the indicator on JOBCARD while vehicle reports in the workshop. So with using this software user can easily find out such customer, and provide the data also to the principle companies.
RETROFITTMENT
AGN users can set criteria in the system regarding retrofittment suggested by the manufacturer time to time. This system automatically prompts the same at the time of vehicle reporting. And keeps it open, until user close the retrofittment check box.
PERFORMANCE MONITORING
Sometimes instructions for performance monitoring of the vehicles are given to the dealers by the company. AGN's system take care of this requirement very easily, user can set his criteria the same.

MENU PRICING
This is one of the JD-POWER aspect and AGN has incorporated Menu Pricing feature for AUTOWIN users, this feature helps user in giving estimation to the customers while making JOB CARD. At the same time the detail of labor and parts required for that job can easily be called from the master, it saves lot of time required for feeding the parts in requisition. Through this feature user can call Parts/Labour for multiple work category defined in Menu Master.
MDEP
Since COMPANY is focusing on MDEP(Mahindra Dealers Excellence program), AGN has developed various reports required at the time of MDEP audit. These reports are very useful for dealership to improve their performance which helps them to score better in the program.
TOUR-PLAN
Now dealership can manage salesman tour plan on the basis of enquiry feeded in the software for the given period. In this report user can have salesman wise analysis of enquiry status e.g. HOT/WARM/COLD, Models.

Company SAP system requires data files in CSV format for dealer's Warranty/O.E/ Orders etc. These data files are just single click far from AUTOWIN users, they can upload these files to COMPANY SAP server very easily. And for this activity there is no need to be Online on portal. This saves lot of time and Money both.
WORKSHOP MOP
This report shows the dealership performance in the workshop considering Total Jobs, Free Jobs, Warranty Jobs, Accidental Jobs, Minor/Major Jobs etc. as per the requirement of company, with breakup of Labour and Spare Parts.
SPARE PART MASTER UPDATION
AGN has implemented this feature in AUTOWIN software to update the part price in the database automatically through EXCEL Sheet. By this feature dealerships automatically update their latest part information, as and when required. At the same time they can add new parts also, which are introduced by the Manufacturer.
SPARE PART DISCOUNT SLAB
AGN has developed the provision in AUTOWIN for part wise discount slabs introduced by COMPANY recently. In this feature discount %age can be set in the part master and can be used while making the bill.
SPARE PARTS ORDERING
AUTOWIN has facility to place spare-parts order to Supplier or Manufacturer with the Order type which are as per COMPANY guidelines e.g. Regular, VOR, etc. The total Process of Ordering and maintenance of Back order is automatic as given below.

ACCOUNTS INTEGRATION
During software implementation at various dealership AGN has experienced that Financial Accounting is the major issue. But AUTOWIN users are very much comfortable on that part because the software is fully integrated with Financial Accounts. The entire account posting is done automatically while Sale/Purchase transactions are made. All the Features/Reports are available in software, which are required by the Accounts department. In short, after AUTOWIN installation there is No Need to work on any other Accounting software.
FASTEST IMPLEMENTATION
AGN has team of fully qualified and experienced members to implement the software in a very short time. Actually there are some Basic Data requirements which are very essential to start the system.
